PANAWAGAN SA PUBLIKO HINGGIL SA USAP-USAPAN SA AKIN AT SA IVERMECTIN

        Ako po ay nananawagan sa publiko hinggil sa mga lumalabas na mga usap-usapan at balitaan tungkol sa akin at sa pamamahagi ng Ivermectin. Eto po ang masasabi ko bilang patotoo at paglilinaw sa mga bagay-bagay:

1.) Ako po ay tumigil na sa paggawa at pamamahagi ng Ivermectin bilang pagsunod sa mga ‘duly constituted authorities’ na nagbabawal sa pagbebenta ng hindi rehistradong Ivermectin ayon sa FDA Advisory 2021-0625 petsa Marso 22, 2021 at inanunsiyo ko po ito sa aking Official Statement No. 2 noong Marso 26, 2021. Anumang lumalabas na iba’t-ibang anyo ng Ivermectin sa publiko at nag-aangkin na galing daw sa akin ay hindi po totoo.

2.) Ako po ay nakatanggap na ng approval ng aking License to Operate as a Drug Trader noong Abril 8, 2021. Dahil dito ako po ay nag-aapply na ng Certificate of Product Registration para sa Ivermectin 15mg. Ang approval para sa application na ito ay aabutin pa ng 4 hanggang 6 na lingo ayon sa FDA. Hanggang sa makuha ko po ito ay hindi pa po ako pwedeng mamahagi ng Ivermectin at ito po ay susundin ko ayon sa pamamalakad ng batas.

3.) Ako po ay hindi sangkot sa anumang politiko o partido ng politiko dahil sa aking malalim na relihiyosong paniniwala at paninindigan. Ako man ay walang intensyon na maki-alyansa o pumanig sa anumang partido o sinumang politikong tao dahilan sa aking paninindigan sa simulain ng neutralidad. Inilulunsad ko ang aking advocacy hinggil sa paggamit ng Ivermectin bilang lunas sa pandemya ngunit nail kong gawin ito hindi sa pamamagitan ng anumang paraan may kinalaman sa politiko.

4.) Ako po ay hindi sangkot sa anumang kulto gaya ng isang lumabas na fake news.

ANNOUNCEMENT ON MY PUBLIC APPEARANCES

          The present situation wherein the public has come to a brighter awareness of the efficacy of the use of IVERMECTIN in prevention and treatment of COVID-19, along with the awareness of the issues that this medicine is not being recommended by the FDA, DOE, PMA and 8 other health institutions per public statement dated March 17, 2021, and while this led to the banning of unregistered IVERMECTIN capsule particularly my capsule, while daily new cases in the NCR are rising on an all-time high, I am being invited by many radio and TV programs for interviews about the many issues on this pandemic. Therefore, I am now announcing that I am desisting to be engaged with them starting this day of April 1, 2021. This goes also for invitations for zoom meetings by civic groups and the general public. I am now announcing that I will no longer make myself available for all of these. I will be hosting my own weekly radio airtime and perhaps a weekly one-hour block time on TV and nothing more than that. This decision that I am making is based on what I think is proper in order not to be caught in the middle of this messy debatable issues, interests, and clashes by different camps on issues on prevention and treatment of COVID-19, government policies, vaccine/anti-vaccine, politics, economics, religion, etc.

          I have Shared the things that I have been doing to help find solutions for this pandemic, and I do not have any intentions of going beyond that. By far, the governmental policies have not been receptive to my efforts in bringing Ivermectin to people, but I still am hopeful that these will become better as this reaches out to the higher authorities. So as not to get entangled in the middle of strife and divergent talks and movements, I am limiting myself from public exposure. All I intend is to teach what I know is scientifically sound, to share the successes I achieved in the way I have been doing in my capacity as a physician, and my insights as I understood more comprehensively how this pandemic impact on health in general. And I will remain within this abode that I have limited myself into.

DISCLAIMER ON ADVERTISEMENTS, SOLICITATIONS AND SUPPLIES/SALE OF IVERMECTIN CAPSULES

        This is to inform the public that I am not in any way connected nor has anything to do with actual sale nor on-line sale of Ivermectin capsules now proliferating in many forms in the past days and in the future. I have stopped producing, compounding, making available and distributing or dispensing Ivermectin since the ban by the FDA on March 22, 2021. It has come to my awareness that there are now many forms of Ivermectin capsules or tablets being marketed and advertised even bearing my name as if it is my product and as if the agency it is coming from is authorized by me. I have nothing in any way of involvement with them.

        There are even solicitations going on using my name attached for a foundation, an outreach program, a sale, a medical mission, a medical campaign, clinical trials, production of capsules or any such nature. I have nothing to do with any of these. I do not solicit for money and I do not have any financial interests in my advocacies to help patients in their COVID-19 illness and efforts at finding solutions for this pandemic.

        May this be also a warning to the public so as not to be victimized into putting their monies for the purchase of fake Ivermectin products or on programs posing as altruistic in helping bring Ivermectin to people by way of payment or purchases, solicitation of donations, financial supports and anything of that sort.

A DlRECTIVE FOR ALL MY APPOINTED CHANNELS TO STOP DELIVERY OF IVERMECTlN CAPSULES FOR HUMAN USE

         Due to the present regulation by the FDA per Advisory No. 2021-0625 dated March 22, 2021 with subject: “Public Health Warning Against the Purchase and Use of the Unregistered Drug Product “Ivermectin 15mg Capsule”, which particularly and practically is in the way of banning the specific Ivermectin 15mg capsule that I have been producing and dispensing to my patients and I am able to deliver through my appointed channels, I am making this official announcement that I have completely stopped production and sale of my Ivermectin capsules. Let this be manifested as a sign of my obedience and submission to the law. I am a law-abiding citizen, and will not in anyway be a law-offender or a law-violator. I will fully submit myself to government regulations as long as these are constitutional and does not violate fundamental human rights and divine will. I am therefore directing my appointed channels to stop delivery of Ivermectin to my present patients as well as would-be patients as a matter of obedience to the higher authorities who are now imposing a ban on my particular Ivermectin capsules. This is indeed proving to be a very difficult action because of the current fulfilment we are now getting as we have been practically been able to help patients from preventing and curing COVID-19.

         Our advocacy became operational through the principle of Compassionate Drug Use which states that when a medicine is highly needed by patients in that the pressing situation calls for it this medicine can be administered by a physician even before an FDA approval is acquired for its use. All along I was following governmental procedures in that I have applied to the FDA for my License to Operate to be followed by my application for Certificate of Product Registration, the LTO being a prerequisite for it. While this present emergency situation of the pandemic even calls for it even more urgently, but because of this active effort by the FDA to ban my particular product, evidenced by the picture on the front page of the advisory, I came to the decision, even if it pains my heart, to stop production, dispensation and distribution of my Ivermectin capsules, and thus this directive to my appointed channels of delivery. We have no choice but to submit to this specific law.

         Also, please return to me all stocks remaining in your possession and I will pay for the shipment charges. And along with the stocks, please submit to me all accomplished Informed Consent forms as well as Acknowledgement forms (for those stocks disposed FREELY to indigents).

         Notable is the daily new cases of COVID-19 at present, and even now on its all-time high in the NCR, and while the public demand for Ivermectin is even enormously going up, this pathetic situation is taking place. I was just filling the vacuum in that Ivermectin is not locally available in all pharmacies nationwide. This particular advisory which poses as a law has brought upon this forbearance which is beyond my will and creed as a physician. I have no choice but to submit to this law.

AN APPEAL TO SAVE FILIPINO LIVES

         Plenty have died and numbers are going up. There is no way to fix yesterday. But we have alternatives to save Filipino lives.

As a physician and among the group called Concerned Doctors and Citizens of the Philippines, I appeal for IVERMECTIN as a “bridge to” and “safety net” for the vaccine. Very cheap and much affordable by the poor and masses in need.

Since July 2020, I am pleased having 90% efficacy on more than 8,000 patients prevented from having COVID-19. Researches by scientists proved six (6) mechanisms of action specific against SARS CoV-2 and the disease it causes — COVID-19.

(1) In April 2020 the in vitro study in Monash University in Australia resulted in 99.8% inactivation in 48 hours upon introduction of IVERMECTIN to viral isolates.

(2) The World Health Organization (WHO) sponsored a meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials and came out on December 31, 2020 with conclusion that IVERMECTIN reduces over-all COVID-19 mortality by 83%.

(3) In U.S., the FLCCC (Frontline COVID-19 Critical Care) Alliance presented IVERMECTIN as COVID-19 prophylaxis and treatment which was favorably heard by the U.S. Senate on December 8, 2020 and paved the way for NIH allow for its prescription.

(4) In U.K., the British Ivermectin Recommendation Development (BIRD) conducted meta-analysis of available and confirmed similar results.

This is an APPEAL to avoid and forego WASTE OF TIME due to bickerings (whichever based — economics or politics) and just go for the SOLUTIONS.

SAVING FILIPINO LIVES is the sole priority at hand. As to which possible VACCINE? … each to his own opinion but fact of DENGVAXIA was there. FORGIVE what HURT you but don’t forget what it TAUGHT you. All important is never say sorry for telling the truth — that time is of the essence to save Filipino LIVES and IVERMECTIN gives the solution at this very crisis … and not just let our beloved fellowmen LIE THERE and DIE THERE … due to prohibition guised as regulation as we are all aware of vested interest behind the big money. Yet there is the PRACTICAL AND SENSIBLE choice clearly at hand at this very time. The concerned and affected people and sectors should do their part to appeal and beseech the authorities and agencies concerned towards reality at its best.
